Fluid would make it really easy to deploy managed Kube and VMs on Metal. It's fairly straightforward at the moment with the custom iPXE field but would be a lot easier if there was a Fluid selection that took a cluster-id as an input

Definitely need this. Too many reasons to go into detail, but primary of which is the demand from the (amongst others) the NetApp user install base.

You've got my vote for adding FLUID-OS to the supported OS Metal list! It's one of the smartest multi-workload environments I have seen thus far without all the bloat.

This would be a great addition to make already easy kube and VMs on bare-metal even easier. MKS has a ring to it - Metal Kubernetes Service, powered by Fluid

What great news. Have been a big fan of the work that fluid has been doing in this space and their development just keeps going from strength to strength. This sort of technology allows me to provide a cloud agnostic solution to customers without having to tie something to a single cloud vendor.

Having Fluid OS supported out-of-the-box for metal would really help fast-track wider adoption of managed-kube on Metal, something the big cloud providers are cornering the market with at present.
